Incentives to Accommodation Infrastructure

To provide grants for one time Capital Subsidy on loans to 1 to 3 star hotel projects and basic Heritage category hotels other than the four metro cities through the designated Financial Institutions like TFCI/SFCs, SIDBI, Scheduled Banks and HUDCO. Funds will also be utilized for grant of Interest Subsidy in respect of hotel projects sanctioned prior to 01.04.2002 under the old scheme "Interest Subsidy on hotel loans'.
